Millennium Point announces new commercial spaces for lease

Birmingham’s Millennium Point has announced new commercial spaces for lease in its landmark building. The spaces provide a unique opportunity for businesses to position themselves next to the new Curzon Street Station.

Curzon Street Station is set to be a key part of Britain’s new high-speed railway. Positioned directly opposite the station’s entrance, Millennium Point will benefit from the increase in visitors to the area.

Millennium Point’s newly available spaces provide a choice of office or retail spaces in a prime, city centre location.  There are a range of sizes and layouts available to choose from, across multiple floors of the award-winning building.

Millennium Point is a leading provider of commercial space, offering exceptional architecture, in-house support staff, and a 24-hour security team. The landmark buildingprovides a perfect location for businesses – it is in walking distance of the three existing Birmingham city centre train stations and offers nearby motorway access, alongside an on-site multi-storey car park. Tenants will support the local community with Millennium Point’s commercial profits donated to STEM education in the West Midlands.

Rebecca Delmore, Millennium Point Commercial Director, commented: “We are excited about welcoming new tenants to Birmingham’s Knowledge Quarter and its community of innovatorsOur new tenants will be at the centre of an amazing new chapter for the city centre, whilst also helping to inspire the city’s next generation.”
