  • Seamlessly hand over new clients to Account Management while sharing key objectives
  • Plan and host engaging client events to build rapport and support business goals
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, sharing insight across the business
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism in all client interactions
  • Use LinkedIn and other platforms ethically to increase HTS visibility and engagement

Key performance indicators

  • Achievement of annual financial targets across new client portfolio
  • Client success metrics such as savings and compliance
  • Quality and retention of new client partnerships achieving annual targets

What you’ll bring

  • A proven track record in business development, sales or B2B client acquisition
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify profitable opportunities
  • Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills
  • A consultative and strategic approach to client engagement
  • Confidence in using online platforms and CRM systems
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Industry experience in business travel, events, or accommodation (preferred but not essential)

What you’ll get in return

We reward talent with a competitive package and a wide range of benefits:

  • Annual bonus scheme
  • Weekly & monthly incentives (shopping outlet vouchers)
  • Industry hotel discounts for personal travel (UK & worldwide)
  • Brand-new office in a beautiful, calming setting
  • Friendly, supportive team culture
  • Free on-site parking
