Terms & Conditions

  1. Referred Agencies must:
    • Be a new agency (not a member in the past 12 months)
    • Hold a valid TIDS or IATA registration
    • Apply and be accepted by beam
  2. Eligibility: Only current beam members can refer; self-referrals are not allowed.
  3. Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful when:
    • The referred agency joins and pays for a full year’s membership.
  4. Rewards:
    • One reward per new agency joined.
    • Members may refer multiple agencies (and earn multiple rewards).
    • Rewards are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  5. Recognition:
    • Referrers may be featured in beam communications unless they opt out.
  6. beam reserves the right to adjust, extend, or withdraw the campaign at any time.

What you need before applying

Make sure you have the following ready to upload:

  • Legal/business registration proof
    Document showing the legal form and ownership of your business (e.g. certificate of incorporation or equivalent).
  • Business registration & tax ID
    Your official business registration number and/or tax registration number.
  • Business bank account proof
    A bank letter or statement in the business name.
  • One recommendation letter
    From an IATA airline, a GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), or a major travel industry supplier.
  • Travel-services licence (if applicable)
    Only needed if your country requires a licence to sell travel services.
  • Signed TIDS Terms & Conditions
    These are included in the application and must be accepted before submitting.
